Plans, directs and participates in the creation of electronic and print reference sources.

Functional team leader for the development of a web-based online public access catalogue.

As Canadian directory and genealogy specialist for the Division, provides assistance to staff and researchers.

Member of the Advisory Committee of the Canadian Genealogy Centre project of the National Archives of Canada.

Member of a working group creating the Canadian node of the Collaborative Digital Reference Service.

Member of the Policy and Services sub-committee of the Ottawa SmartLibrary project.

Advised National Library staff members, researchers and other librarians and bibliographers in the creation of bibliographies using various styles and specialized software packages.

(1989-1996) Compiled and edited Canadian reference sources : an annotated bibliography. Included project planning, subject research, creation of bibliographic citations and detailed descriptive annotations, supervision of a contract librarian and two clericals, creation of an online database using Inmagic software, participation in the publisher selection process and collaboration with the publisher in final stages of proofreading, editing and design.
